AFC Wimbledon has kicked off a five year partnership with cloud-based ticketing solution SecuTix, rolling out a new ticketing system designed to provide a best in class supporter experience across both digital and mobile.
This appointment is part of the Club’s programme of digital transformation and supports their move to a brand-new stadium at Plough Lane. SecuTix will be handling both ticketing and hospitality for the League One team through its SecuTix 360° platform.
Klaudia Wieczorek, Marketing Controller at AFC Wimbledon, said: “As a supporter-owned community football club, nurturing relationships with our fans and improving their overall experience is of vital importance to us. We were keen to find a ticketing partner who, like us, puts fans at the centre of their approach.
“We were impressed with the possibilities SecuTix’s software can offer and are confident that it will help us connect with our supporters and third-party partners like never before.”
David Hornby, Managing Director SecuTix UK and Ireland, added: “We are excited to be supporting AFC Wimbledon’s triumphant return to Plough Lane with a ticketing experience to satisfy all their spectator audiences.
“With a full suite of publicly open APIs, an unlimited number of sales channels and agent portals, as well as a CRM tool, our platform will help the Club deliver growth and deeper fan relationships at this pivotal time in the Club’s history.”
