The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) has signed cinema multiplex giant INOX as Team India’s official sponsors at the Tokyo Olympics 2021.
Apart from sponsoring the Indian contingent at the Tokyo Olympics next year, the INOX Group will further launch a campaign to promote the spirit of ‘Ek India Team India’ (One India, Team India) through its multiplexes across the country.
IOA president Narinder Batra and secretary-general Rajeev Mehta said in a joint statement: “We are happy to announce this partnership with INOX Group which will be beneficial for all our athletes and the organisation,”
INOX Group Director Siddharth Jain said: “We are honoured and privileged to be able to support India’s Olympic dream through this prestigious association with the Indian Olympic Association. We look forward to the Indian contingent scaling new heights in the next Olympics.”
